Developed by HSG, this 45° bevel cutting head delivers a swingable axis angle of +160°. It contains an OD motor with up to 3600°/s acceleration and +/-6.1” precision. In addition, you won’t have to worry about collisions thanks to its built-in electromagnetic coupling anti-collision device.

The TL500’s standard restart technology includes an absolute encoder, one-key restart, and zero power-failure worries. This means that even in the event of a power outage, the machine will resume cutting right where it left off—with the same precision as when it started.
All three sections of the TL500 will operate with the same precision after coaxial processing—all while being easy to install and transport.
A single worker can load heavy tubing into the TL500 without worries about loaded tubes colliding with tubes waiting to be unloaded.
